2. The Packers improved defense will be a nightmare on the road for the NY Jets

The Packers already have a back-to-back MVP and one of the greatest QBs of all time, but what flies severely under the radar is the fact that they've constructed a fantastic defense, and only added to that in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Led by All-Pro Jaire Alexander, this defense should only improve in 2022, and as the Jets will have to head to Lambeau Field to battle this unit, it's safe to say that this may be the biggest challenge of the season for Robert Saleh's squad.

On the surface, there's no weak spot on this Packers defensive unit, and if they can stay healthy, with Aaron Rodgers at QB, this may finally be the year that Green Bay makes a very deep playoff run.

3. Another division rival presents a tough defensive test for the NY Jets

The Miami Dolphins have had a good team on paper for years, and while they haven't translated that into results on the field just yet, the addition of Tyreek Hill may be the move to push them over the proverbial hill in 2022.

Unfortunately for the Jets, their defense is even better than the offense. With an elite cornerback group leading a group that seemingly has little to no weaknesses, this could be a tough run in the AFC East for the Jets.

The Jets themselves have improved on both sides of the ball, and have the talent to compete with any team in the NFL. But given that they will need to beat the Dolphins twice to have any chance at the playoffs, they'll need to bring their A++ game.
