4. The NY Jets youth movement

The Jets desperately need to start becoming a winner for the people of New York, and after failed rebuilds time and time again, this team has finally embraced a true rebuild. Thankfully, that is exactly what may save this seemingly doomed franchise.

With potentially elite young players at almost every position, the Jets can now grow this young, talented group together, and if they continue to supplement this roster with great veteran players, we may hit a stage of football prosperity in New York.

With Elijah Moore, Sauce Gardner, Garrett Wilson and so many other young names surrounding Zach Wilson, it's hard not to be excited about the future and watching this entire group grow together.

5. NY Jets general manager, Joe Douglas

Despite enduring over a decade of failure, Jets fans have so many reasons to be optimistic about this team, and almost all of them are due to one man; general manager, Joe Douglas.

Since taking over, Douglas has improved every facet of the Jets, including everything on this list, as well as loveable and promising young head coach, Robert Saleh.

While the Jets may not yet be a force on the field, Douglas is repairing their look within the league, and he's doing a great job of bringing respect back to the franchise that dealt with Mike Maccaganan in charge for years.

Douglas has impressed with trades, especially the one that saw him fleece Seattle with Jamal Adams, and it looks like he has this franchise right back on the precipice of success.
