NY Jets: 4. Jeremy Ruckert

The NY Jets 2022 draft class was full of stars and potential starters, and one pick that doesn't get enough attention for his potential is Long Island native, tight end Jeremy Ruckert, who never quite solidified himself on the roster when given the chance in his rookie year.

With Tyler Conklin and C.J. Uzomah clearly the top two tight ends on the roster, Ruckert's best hope is to carve out a role as TE3 on the roster, but now, the Jets have a new piece for that role in the form of athletic freak Zack Kuntz, who was drafted in the 7th round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

Kuntz is regarded as one of the most athletic tight ends to enter the draft in some time, and if he steps up and flashes that in the pre-season, he could find himself as TE3 heading into the season, especially if Ruckert continues his struggles to stand out and make a statement.
