4. Elijah Moore, WR, NY Jets

Fans could not believe when the Jets were able to draft Elijah Moore in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, and that disbelief was on full display for his entire rookie year. He flashed immense potential that will only be expanded on with more weapons around him.

Heading into his second year with Zach Wilson, Moore looks like the real deal, and if he can play every game for the Jets in the 2022 season, it's hard to expect anything but a Pro Bowl-caliber year from the former Ole Miss stud.

With improvements at tight end and the addition of Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall, the attention won't all be on Moore. So with all his electric potential, this could be a season for the ages for Moore.

5. Sauce Gardner, CB, NY Jets

When the Jets drafted Sauce Gardner fourth overall in the 2022 NFL Draft, they knew they were getting a baller. Pairing Gardner with D.J. Reed and their young group of corners, we could see a star in the making immediately.

With length, ball skills, and the confidence to be a No. 1 cornerback in the NFL, Gardner has everything you want. He's drawn comparisons to a fantastic former Jets cornerback in Antonio Cromartie.

With so many good corners in the AFC, it won't be easy for Gardner to make it, but given his personality combined with his skills and potential, he fits what the NFL wants in a star. Jets fans are hoping that's exactly what they get out of their first-round pick.
