The NY Jets could be in the trade market this offseason with the team in search of ways to upgrade their roster. After a few offseasons of laying the foundation, the time to be aggressive is now.

General manager Joe Douglas knows that the clock is ticking. While the well-respected GM has made some important moves during his time with the organization, it hasn't led to results on the field yet.

Douglas has overseen two offseasons with the Jets and produced just six wins against 27 losses. The Jets can't afford another four-win season under Douglas' watch.

It's that very reason why Douglas has already hinted at being more aggressive this offseason. And in reality, there's no reason the Jets shouldn't be one of the NFL's most proactive teams.

The Jets have plenty of cap space and more draft capital than almost any team in recent NFL history. The slow-build has been a good start, but it's time for the Jets to put it all together and compete for a playoff spot in 2022.

That's why the Jets could be major players in the trade market this offseason. Whether for big-name stars or low-profile flyers, the Jets could absolutely explore the trade market over the coming months.

Let's take a look at four players who could be on their radar this offseason.
