The NY Jets have reshaped their roster quite a bit under the Joe Douglas regime with the current organization looking vastly different from the one the former Philadelphia Eagles executive acquired back in 2019.

The roster is made up almost entirely of Douglas acquisitions as he's worked hard to rid the stench of the failed Mike Maccagnan regime. But as evidenced by the team's 3-9 record so far in 2021, there's still plenty of work to be done.

The Jets have done a good job adding young talent to their roster in recent years. For the first time in what feels like forever, the Jets appear to have a young core and identity on offense.

And while the defense has underachieved in 2021, players like Quinnen Williams, Carl Lawson, and Bryce Hall should serve as long-term building blocks for the unit.

But again, Douglas' work is far from over. And heading into his third offseason with the organization, the pressure will be on for him to field a competitive roster in 2022.

The Jets will be very active in the 2022 NFL Draft with as many as four top-50 picks when all is said and done. They might also make a few notable moves in free agency as they did this past offseason.

However, one avenue that shouldn't be overlooked is the trade market. Perhaps the strength of Douglas' entire tenure, trades have proved to be very fruitful for the Jets in recent years.

With that in mind, let's take an early look at three players they could feasibly target in a trade this offseason.
