Through the first two games, it has been nearly impossible not to wonder what the team would look like with Zach Wilson under center, for better or for worse. This will continue in Week 3, where fans will be wondering when the second-year quarterback will get the call.

While Robert Saleh has been very clear that Wilson is the starter of this team once he's healthy, how the offense looks against the Bengals will impact the outside noise in terms of Zach Wilson.

If Joe Flacco looks like he did in Week 1, fans will be clamoring for Saleh to make the call for Wilson to be back against Pittsburgh. On the other hand, if Flacco shines the way he did in the fourth quarter last week, there will be people saying to ride the hot hand like it or not.

The manner in which this game will play out will also be interesting in setting expectations for last year's second overall pick to potentially come back. There will be a difference in how things are viewed, whether the Jets are 2-1 or 1-2 heading to face the Steelers.
