Week 6 vs. Buffalo Bills (MNF)

While Jets fans can take solace in the fact their defense gave Josh Allen as much difficulty as any team in the league, they will likely be a bit more melancholy when they reconsider the nightmare that was 2023 began when Rodgers got hurt instantly against the Bills.

The Jets will have two more chances to erase that memory by beating the Bills and asserting themselves as the top dogs in the AFC East. With how many assets the Bills had to part ways with in the offseason, Buffalo may be even more overly reliant on Allen's exploits.

The NY Jets will play the Bills in Week 6

Buffalo looked much better after firing Ken Dorsey as offensive coordinator last season, but the loss of Stefon Diggs (Sauce Gardner's personal nemesis) could be a near-fatal blow for the offense. James Cook is solid, but he's by no means a back who will still paralyzing fear in a defense.

The fact that the Jets were able to beat Allen with Zach Wilson at quarterback in consecutive seasons should speak volumes about what Saleh's defense can do to Buffalo. While Jordan Whitehead is gone, the Jets should be able to bother Allen when they meet up.
