The NY Jets have been struggling to put together a diverse, competent group of weapons on the outside for their quarterback seemingly forever, but thankfully it looks like Joe Douglas has changed that coming into the 2022 season.

With new weapons and old favorites coming together, this unit, combined with the rest of the new-look weapons surrounding Zach Wilson, has an immense amount of potential and could be the best unit on the entire 2022 NY Jets squad.

All Jets fans are incredibly excited about the names that Gang Green will be deploying in 2022, and while those expectations are insanely high, it's important to expect growing pains and growth for some of these players.

With that being said, let's take an in depth look at one of the Jets best groups for the 2022/23 season, and talk about the impressive young group of wide receivers that will be rocking the green, white and black this season.

Depth chart: Elijah Moore, Corey Davis, Garrett Wilson, Braxton Berrios, Denzel Mims.

1. What are the pro's of the 2022 NY Jets wide receiver group?

The Jets have been building this group for years, and after adding their top three within the last 12 months, their retooling of this spot is complete, and the potential with them is immeasurable.

The biggest pro of this group is their versatility, along with the depth of explosive athletes they have. With Wilson, Moore and Davis, all three are capable of playing all over the field, and pose a threat at any level.

Given the Jets struggles over the past few years on the outside, having more than three capable players who can step up and make plays for Zach Wilson gives this squad a chance to have one of the best offenses in the entire NFL.
