2. What are the cons of the 2022 NY Jets safety group?

While this Jets safety group has the potential to be overall solid contributors to the Jets' success, that's only if they can stay on the field, something that Joyner, Davis, and Pinnock have all had issues with in recent years.

One issue that stems from this is chemistry, which this group hasn't had the chance to build yet. While there's plenty of time throughout the offseason to build that, it's something for Jets fans to keep a close eye on.

Jordan Whitehead is ready to spearhead this group in 2022, and if he can stay healthy as the leader of this group, then health shouldn't be as big of a worry for Jets fans. But after the past few years' injury toll, that's never something to be confident about.

3. Who will be the biggest stud for this 2022 NY Jets safety group?

This one might be completely obvious, but given his experience over the past few years on a winning playoff team, as well as the talent and drive that he possesses, it's no shock that the 2022 Jets' safety stud of the year should be Jordan Whitehead.

Whitehead is one of the most dynamic safeties in the game today, just as capable of laying out a receiver as he is making a momentum turning interception, and given the Jets' lack of overall experience in the secondary, this will play huge.

Statistically, Whitehead may not be among the best in the league in his first year for the Jets, but in terms of pure impact and positively affecting the game, there's no doubt he'll be the difference-maker this promising defense needs.
