Week 7 at Denver - Advantage (6 days rest against the NY Jets)

The first time in the season the Jets will see an advantage will be on the road against the Broncos, as Denver will be on Monday Night Football in Week 6.

Playing at Mile High Stadium is always a tough task, especially adding Russell Wilson into the mix. The Jets will have to hope that a short week and a roster that is still gelling can increase their chances of pulling off the upset on the road.

Week 8 vs. New England - Advantage (6 days rest against the NY Jets)

This time, back-to-back weeks of an advantage with the Patriots on Monday Night Football win Week 7.

If the Jets have hopes to be in contention this season, games like this are ones they should be looking to win. This is will be the first home game back after a tough couple of weeks on the road; the added benefit of one day more to prepare that New England should benefit them.

Week 13 at Minnesota - Disadvantage (10 days rest against the NY Jets)

The Vikings will be playing a Thursday Night Football matchup in Week 12 which allows them a few more days to rest and prepare for the Jets coming to town.

New York has a handful of tough but winnable matchups on the road in the back half of the season. With the team looking to go on a run to be in the hunt or to head into 2023 with a positive outlook, this game could boost morale toward the end of the year.
