The 2022 NFL Combine officially kicks off today, and the NY Jets will be one of 32 teams in attendance. While the Combine has undoubtedly lost some of its luster, it's still an important event in the NFL Draft cycle.

The athletic drills may not mean quite as much as they used to, but the Combine represents another opportunity for teams to get an up-close look at many of the top prospects in this year's draft.

Interviews will take place, opinions will be formed, and yes, prospects will be put through rigorous athletic testing to determine just how physically gifted they are.

The following few days will be crucial for the draft stock of a number of prospects in this year's class. Many of those prospects are likely targets of the Jets come April.

Today, we'll be taking a look at 16 potential Jets targets who have the most to gain (or lose, for that matter) at this year's Combine. This list will only be including those who plan to work out at the event.

That means players like Evan Neal and Derek Stingley Jr. won't be included. The latter, in particular, would have landed high on this list if he was healthy to work out.

Nonetheless, let's take a look at a whopping 16 prospects who the Jets should be paying close attention to at the 2022 NFL Combine.
