7. C.J. Mosley, LB, NY Jets

Ever since arriving in New York, C.J. Mosley has been one of this team's best leaders, and after a career year in 2022 that saw him in the Pro Bowl and an All-Pro, he should be able to do just that again.

Sure, there haven't been that many big additions on the defensive side of the ball, but Mosley is the Quarterback of this defense, leading them all around the field, and if he can be as good a tackler as we've always seen, there's no expectation for a big drop off.

At 30 years old, Mosley still has plenty left in the tank, and with expectations higher than they've ever been in 2023, he could show us that he has another gear and another level to get to. Keep an eye on this Jets leader in 2023.

6. Breece Hall, RB, NY Jets

After an incredible start to the 2022 campaign, fans were robbed of a potential Offensive Rookie of the Year race between Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall, and if he can get healthy, there's no reason to expect Hall to take a massive drop in 2023.

In just seven games, Hall racked up 463 rushing yards at 5.8. yards per attempt with four touchdowns, as well as 218 yards and another touchdown through the air, and if he's anywhere near healthy, expect a big step forward.

With the addition of Israel Abanikanda to a running back room that already includes Zonovan Knight and Michael Carter, we could be looking at one of the deepest units in the NFL, so they will give Hall time to heal, but when he does, keep an eye on No. 20.
