The NY Jets are looking ahead to a transformative 2025 offseason, featuring a new head coach, general manager, and possibly a new quarterback to lead the franchise into its next era.
The team is expected to cast a wide net in their seemingly extensive search for replacements for both Robert Saleh and Joe Douglas. The Jets' list of head coach candidates already includes over a dozen names, and their GM list continues to expand as well.
The Jets already interviewed four GM candidates prior to the end of the 2024 regular season, most notably former NFL general managers Thomas Dimitroff and Jon Robinson. Jets owner Woody Johnson seems to be prioritizing experience in his search for a new regime.
That doesn't mean the Jets are only looking at retreads, however. The organization has also requested interviews with a host of top executives around the league.
Below is a comprehensive tracker of every GM candidate the Jets have reportedly interviewed or requested to meet with so far. This list will be continuously updated, so be sure to check back regularly for the latest developments and insights.

The Jets have officially interviewed Thomas Dimitroff, Jon Robinson, Jim Nagy, and Louis Riddick for their vacant GM position. The remaining candidates on the list have been requested for interviews.
While there has been some speculation that the Jets may struggle to attract top candidates due to the volatile nature of their organizational structure (read: Woody Johnson), that likely won't be the case.
That's because the Jets are currently the only team in the NFL to have a general manager vacancy. The New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Indianapolis Colts — all rumored to possibly have openings — all opted to stick with their current regime.
The Jets should essentially have their pick of the litter as far as GM candidates are concerned. And looking at their list of potential options, there are already a few very intriguing candidates.
Dimitroff spent 13 seasons as Atlanta's GM, drafting the likes of Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, and others, while helping establish the Falcons as one of the more consistent teams in the NFL.
Mike Borgonzi has been with the Chiefs' organization since 2009 and has become a hot GM candidate over the last few years. He's worked closely with successful NFL executives such as John Dorsey and Brett Veach.
Mike Greenberg (not the ESPN analyst) is from Long Island and grew up a Jets fan. Greenberg, the current Buccaneers assistant GM, previously interned for Mike Tannenbaum and the Jets in 2008 and 2009.
