The NY Jets have ruled out three players due to injury on the final injury report ahead of their Week 11 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. It's a game the Jets must win if they're to keep any hope of a late-season playoff push alive.

The Jets are coming off their biggest letdown of what has been one of the most disappointing seasons in franchise history. Following a thrilling 21-13 win over the Houston Texans on primetime, the Jets were embarrassed to the tune of a 31-6 beatdown at the hands of the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10.

The team now enters their game against the Colts down a pair of starters. That said, the Jets have managed to get a little healthier in recent weeks. Alijah Vera-Tucker returned last week while starting safety Chuck Clark is off the injury report and expected to be activated from the injured reserve for this game.

That newfound health hasn't necessarily yielded better results unfortunately, but the Jets will hope to turn their luck around against the Colts on Sunday. Below is a look at the Jets' final injury report for Week 11.

The Jets have ruled out three players due to injury, including two starters. Left tackle Tyron Smith will miss Sunday's game with a neck injury that he suffered against the Cardinals. The Jets have not ruled out a potential IR stint for Smith, and it's quite possible he's played his final game with the organization.

That's because rookie first-round pick Olu Fashanu is expected to step in and start his first game at left tackle. Fashanu filled in for Smith in the second half of last week's game and performed quite well. This will be his third start of the season but his first at his natural position.

Linebacker C.J. Mosley will miss his fourth consecutive game with a neck injury. It's been an injury-riddled season for Mosley, who has only appeared in four games as a result of multiple injuries. He will hope to be back on the field after the Jets' bye week.

Backup offensive lineman Jake Hanson is out again with a hamstring injury. The Jets claimed veteran Connor McGovern off waivers this week, and he along with Alec Lindstrom and Max Mitchell will likely serve as the backup offensive linemen on Sunday.

Wide receiver Davante Adams popped up on the injury report this week and did not participate in practice on Wednesday or Thursday due to an illness. He's also dealing with a wrist injury and is listed as questionable. Adams returned as a full participant on Friday and is expected to play despite carrying a questionable designation into the game.

Defensive tackle Solomon Thomas is also listed as questionable with a knee injury. Thomas missed last week's game but appears to be on track to return in Week 11 after practicing in a limited capacity on Thursday and Friday. That would make Bruce Hector the odd man out in the rotation.

Hector could even be the player released if the Jets need to clear room for starting safety Chuck Clark, who is expected to return from the IR this weekend. Clark was a full participant in practice all week and is expected to be activated to the 53-man roster.
