The NY Jets will look to salvage some sort of optimism from one of the most disappointing seasons in franchise history when they take on the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13.
The Jets are losers of seven of their last eight games, including each of their last two, and find themselves staring at a potential top-10 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Any hopes of snapping their 13-year playoff drought have essentially disappeared.
The Seahawks, on the other hand, are fighting for first place in the NFC West following consecutive divisional wins over the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals. A road win over the Jets on Sunday would help solidify their postseason chances.

This Jets game will be broadcast live on FOX this Sunday with kickoff set for 1:00 pm ET. This game will not be nationally televised, meaning that fans outside local markets may not be able to tune in.

The last time the Jets played the Seahawks came in the 2022 season (technically New Year's Day in 2023) when Seattle cruised to a 23-6 win. Geno Smith got revenge against his former team, throwing for 183 yards and two touchdowns.
Mike White started that game for the Jets, completing just 23-of-46 passes for 240 yards, two interceptions, and zero touchdowns. Ty Johnson led the Jets in rushing with 46 yards.
The Jets have lost five consecutive games against the Seahawks. The last time the Jets defeated Seattle came all the way back in 2004 in a 37-14 victory led by three Chad Pennington touchdowns and 134 yards from Curtis Martin. The Seahawks hold the all-time series lead at 13-8.
