Fantasy Football Start ‘Em Week 12: WR Quincy Enunwa

Heading into Week 12 fantasy football, New York Jets wide receiver Quincy Enunwa is worth starting in the FLEX role.
When it comes to the New York Jets and their offense, there isn’t much to talk about. Their offensive line is terrible and it looks like quarterback Josh McCown will be starting on Sunday against the New England Patriots. Is it worth for fantasy football owners to start wide receiver Quincy Enunwa?
In the grand scheme of things, he’s worth putting in the FLEX slot. The main reason being that Robby Anderson will likely miss this game due to a foot injury which puts Enunwa in as the No. 1 receiving option on offense.
It’s expected that Enunwa will see a lot of passes coming his way since he puts the Jets in a position to at least be competitive in this matchup. The Jets will likely lose their fifth straight game but Enunwa should have a good day at the office thanks to everything he brings to the table.

Start Enunwa as a FLEX option but nothing higher since he’s not at that WR2 level at this point of the season. Considering that Enunwa hasn’t scored a touchdown since Week 1 of the season, bodes well for him to end this drought.
McCown to Enunwa should hopefully be a common scene on Sunday as it will be needed if the Jets plan to leave this game victorious. The Jets don’t have many weapons on offense as Enunwa will be the main receiving target due to the injuries and lack of consistency around him.
The Jets have a lot of work ahead of themselves to end the season on a high note. For now, the odds are undoubtedly against the Jets to beat the Patriots at home but hopefully, Enunwa steps up in a big way during a time when his team needs it most.
