Heading into Week 7 fantasy football, New York Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson is set to have a big game against the Minnesota Vikings.
As the New York Jets welcome the Minnesota Vikings to MetLife Stadium in Week 7 action, all eyes will be if they can make it three straight wins at home. Before the regular season began, this matchup was believed to have been a big test for the Jets but now, they actually have a shot at leaving this game victorious. For all you fantasy football owners out there, wide receiver Robby Anderson is worth starting.
In the grand scheme of things, Anderson is entering a great situation as the Jets are hurting at wide receiver with Quincy Enunwa expected to miss three to four weeks of action due to a broken thumb injury. Ideally, he’s now the top receiving option on the Jets as one better believe quarterback Sam Darnold will be looking his way often on Sunday.
At this point in time, Anderson is worth starting either in the WR2 or FLEX position depending on how your final roster is looking before Sunday. Remember, the Vikings defense is very good against stopping the run but with Anderson’s speed and solid route running, he will likely end up having another big game thanks to everything he brings to the table against a subpar defensive secondary.

Could Anderson have another big game as he did in Week 5 against the Denver Broncos? Considering that now he should get even more passes thrown his way due to Enunwa’s injury bodes well for similar results this time around.
Start Anderson this week and don’t even think twice about it. He’s a playmaker and will undoubtedly get hot as the season progresses. If he’s still available on the waiver wires in your fantasy football leagues, make sure to scoop him up as this will be the time he starts being extremely relevant in producing consistent results.
Expect to see Anderson have another 100+ yard performance and score a touchdown or two against the Vikings. Not only will he return to form but be there when his team needs it the most due to a big injury in their wide receiver corps.
