Heading into Week 1 of the preseason, the New York Jets welcome the Atlanta Falcons to MetLife Stadium. Here’s a preview, how to watch on TV, and of course, live streaming of tonight’s game.
Football is finally back! After all those long months featuring free agency, the 2018 NFL Draft, and training camp, preseason action is finally upon the football world. The Atlanta Falcons come to town tonight as they have a matchup against the New York Jets in MetLife Stadium.
It’s no secret that all eyes will be on the quarterback situation of the Jets. Will Josh McCown even play tonight knowing he’s still firmly on top of the depth chart? Will Teddy Bridgewater light it up for the first time in years as he makes his case to be a starting quarterback again? Will rookie Sam Darnold live up to the massive expectations set for him as he goes up against real competition from another team?
All of these answers and many more will be answered tonight in the Jets first preseason game of the season. It will also be very interesting to see how the pass rush looks like for the Jets since it’s been an issue over the past few years. Hopefully tonight, there will be clarity on what kind of identity the team is trying to establish as they prepare for the upcoming season.
