The 2017 NFL schedule will be released later on tonight at 8 PM Eastern Time. Here is a live tracker leading up to the release of every game, date, and time being added once it’s official on the New York Jets.
The New York Jets went 5-11 last season and will undoubtedly face a tough slate of opponents this upcoming season. As of now and directly from Randy Lange of the Jets, at home in MetLife Stadium, they will face the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, Jacksonville Jaguars, San Diego Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs, Atlanta Falcons, and Carolina Panthers.
On the road, the Jets are set to visit the Bills, Dolphins, Patriots, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and New Orleans Saints. Needless to say, it’s hard to imagine the Jets being competitive this upcoming season but there is hope that during this rebuilding year, they will give much-needed regular season experience to all their younger talent.
This is the weekly schedule (updated upon release):
Week 1: @ BillsWeek 2: @ RaidersWeek 3: vs DolphinsWeek 4: vs JaguarsWeek 5: @ BrownsWeek 6: vs PatriotsWeek 7: @ DolphinsWeek 8: vs FalconsWeek 9: vs Bills (Thursday Night Football)Week 10: @ BuccaneersWeek 11: BYEWeek 12: vs PanthersWeek 13: vs ChiefsWeek 14: @ BroncosWeek 15: @ SaintsWeek 16: vs ChargersWeek 17: @Patriots
