Heading into Week 15 Fantasy Football, expect to see a heavy dosage of running back Bilal Powell against the Miami Dolphins.
It’s no secret that last week, running back Bilal Powell blew up the fantasy football scene. Against the San Francisco 49ers, Powell had his best game of the season. Powell totaled 145 rushing yards on 29 carries and two touchdowns.

Needless to say, his fantasy football value skyrocketed last week and much remains the same in Week 15. Powell is set to face the defense of the Miami Dolphins on Saturday and should undoubtedly continue his momentum.
Fantasy football owners should consider starting him this week since the run defense of the Dolphins ranks 13th in the NFL against the run. Since the Jets are officially out of making the NFL Playoffs, they will continue to play their younger players.
Considering that running back Matt Forte will more than likely either not play or get limited reps due to a torn meniscus injury, Powell should be given a plethora of carries. Powell is a dual-threat option with a solid ability to run the football and be a receiving threat out of the backfield.

Against the 49ers, Powell also totaled 34 receiving yards on five receptions which helped the Jets leave that road game victorious. Sure, it might have taken the Jets beating the abysmal 49ers in overtime, but it was Powell’s ability to keep those chains moving that put his team in a position to win. He got it done every moment his number was called.

Fantasy football owners should easily start Powell this week as an RB2 or FLEX option in the grand scheme of things. The Jets will continue to feed him the football since his performance last week proved he can handle the workload and deliver. Since it’s the start of the postseason in fantasy football, make sure to ride the hot hand and take the risk with Powell in Week 15.
