One of the biggest injuries to the Jets in this matchup is to wide receiver Chris Owusu. He’s shown signs of bringing some nice speed to the Jets’ offense but will more than likely not play due to a knee injury.  The Redskins are hurting the most this week with key injuries to their defensive secondary.

Linebacker David Harris has been off to a solid season so far and is another notable injury that is listed as questionable. He leads the team in tackles and is one of the leaders on defense that keeps the unit focused during key defensive stops. Hopefully he’ll be on the field to ensure the Jets’ defense doesn’t miss a beat.

Don’t underestimate the Redskins in this matchup as they have talent across the team but these injuries might take their toll going up against the Jets. This is the kind of “trap game” that the Jets should be worried about as they must make sure to play flawless football to ensure they continue their efforts to make this season a memorable one.
