2. The NY Jets can trade for Brandin Cooks

Brandin Cooks has long been one of the most underappreciated wide receivers in the NFL. Perhaps it's due to the fact that he's played for four different teams in eight years or because he's been stuck in Houston Texans purgatory in each of the last two seasons.

Whatever the case, Cooks is most certainly undervalued. He's a very good wide receiver.

Cooks could be on the move again this offseason following the impending departure of Deshaun Watson. At 28-years-old and entering the final year of his contract, he's certainly not a part of the Texans' future.

However, he could be the perfect addition to a Jets' offense that still needs a true No. 1 wide receiver. Cooks would give the team just that.

The former first-round pick has finished with 1,000 or more receiving yards in six of the last seasons. He's a downfield burner who can take the top off defenses and add a new vertical threat to the Jets' offense.

It might not cost that much to land him either given his age and soon-to-expire contract. If the Texans are willing to listen to offers, the Jets should be one of the first teams to make a call.

At the very least, it's a scenario worth exploring.
