Former NY Jets on the Birmingham Stallions

• DE/OLB Aaron Adeoye
• WR Manasseh Bailey

The two former Jets on the Birmingham Stallions both spent some time with the Jets this summer, although neither is probably a name that too many are familiar with.

Aaron Adeoye had an incredibly brief stint with the Jets spending just eight days with the organization in late August. Adeoye was claimed off waivers from the Baltimore Ravens and appeared in one preseason game with the Jets.

Bailey was signed to a futures contract in January of 2021 and spent the summer with the Jets. He was released in August prior to final roster cuts.

Former NY Jets on the Houston Gamblers

• TE Brandon Barnes
• DL Domenique Davis
• OLB Ahmad Gooden

Of all the players on this list, Brandon Barnes had the shortest stint with the Jets lasting just two days from Sep. 1 to Sep. 3 in 2017. He's also spent time with both the Las Vegas Raiders and Detroit Lions organizations.

Domenique Davis was one of a handful of undrafted free agents signed by the team in 2020, although he might have made the smallest impact. The UNCP product was waived with a failed physical designation in late July of the same year.

Ahmad Gooden played a few games with the Denver Broncos in 2019 before joining the Jets' practice squad late in the year. He spent the summer with the organization before being waived in August of 2020 without appearing in a game.
