Another week is upon us, and thus, another edition of “Know Thy Enemy”. This week, with the Bills in the Jets’ crosshairs, we talk to our friend Dennis Amo. Dennis is from our Fansided site, BuffaLowDown.  Give them a read, they do an excellent job at reporting all you need to know about our friends from Western New York.

Have a look at our conversation:

THE JET PRESS: Talk about what you have seen out of EJ Manuel.  What do you like, and what does he need to improve?

BUFFALOWDOWN: Manuel seems to be a complete quarterback. He is able to do it both in the air and on the ground.  He is able to sense pressure and get rid of the ball andknow where his check down guys are.  Through two games he has only mad two realmistakes and that was the fumble and interception last week.  I would like tosee Manuel take some chances down the field.  With the speed at WR that theBills have a long shot now and then would be great.

TJP:  Super Mario seems to have gotten back to his old self, at least so far in thisyoung season.  What is he doing differently to get to the backfield?

BLD: He is not doing anything differently than he was with Houston.  He was injuredlast year and was not up to 100%.  He is fully healed and ready to go.  MikePettine has an aggressive defensive scheme which I am sure you are all familiarwith and move his defensive linemen around to create the best possiblematch-up.

TJP: No matter what year it is, one thing the Jets can do is play defense, and 2013is no different.  How are the Bills going to attack the Jets on Sunday?

BLD: The Bills will keep with their game plan and play an up-tempo game.  Ballcontrol is the game the Bills have to play to be able to win games.

TJP: Who are some new Bills’ that Jets’ fans should look out for?

BLD: Robert Woods has come on strong as the #3 wide receiver.  He is a threat in the slot and a check down guy for Manuel. Also, Kiko Alonso, the middle LB for the Bills is a backer that can play from one boundary to the other.  He reads plays well and is a force in the middle.

TJP: What is your prediction for the result on Sunday?

BLD: I think it will be a good match-up.  I am excited to see Smith go up againstManuel.  I think that if the Bills can stay with their game play and keep theup-tempo they come away with the win.  24-17 Bills.

Crazy prediction isn’t it?  Ha ha, just kidding.  Thanks to Dennis for his time, check out BuffaLow Down for all things Bills.
