It’s that time again where we get some inside scoop on our opponent. The Cardinals are up this Sunday, so in this week’s edition of “Know Thy Enemy”, we talk to our friend Scott Allen, editor of raisingzona.com.  Take a look at what he had to say about his team and the upcoming game.

THE JET PRESS:Tell Jets fans what we should expect to see out of Ryan Lindley.

RAISING ZONA:A mirror image of Mark Sanchez. A quarterback who has potential but in the end can’t find receivers and turns the ball over. Lindley is not the answer, at least not now. Coach Whiz went to him too early a couple of weeks ago. He’s no Tim Tebow, I’ll tell you that!

TJP:You finally have your often injured running back, Beanie Wells, back on the field. How did he look on Sunday, and how do you feel he will fare against the Jets defense?

RZ:Wells looked good in the first half. He scored a couple of touchdowns but as usual not much of sight of him in the second half because the Cards made too many mistakes, fell behind, and threw the ball almost exclusively. He won’t be effective against the Jets, at least not consistently. He’ll probably re-injure himself at some point, putting him out for the season.

TJP:I know I am looking forward to Antonio Cromartie vs. Larry Fitzgerald..how do you think that matchup will go?

RZ:Well, as long as Cromartie doesn’t get a text during the game that he has another child on the way, he should do well. Fitz was targeted 11 times this past week against the Rams and caught three passes. Lindley stares him down. Fitz is starting to even miss balls only he can usually catch.

TJP:I am curious as to the Cardinals fan perspective on former Jet, now Cardinal for a few years, Kerry Rhodes. He really wasn’t interested in being much of a team player when Rex Ryan took over, and he was gone in a year. How has he looked in Arizona?

RZ:Well Rhodes has said all the right things in Arizona. He has been hot and cold. He hosts a local radio show every week called the Big Red Rage. He’ll make a great play from time to time and then you won’t hear his name called for a couple of weeks. It’s maddening quite honestly.

TJP:How about a prediction for Sunday.

RZ:Jets 5 Cards 3
