The bye week has come and passed and we finally see NY Jets football again this weekend. To make sure not only the Jets get a win but also you with your fantasy football teams, I'll give you a few tips on who you should start and who you're better off sitting.

Start: Jamison Crowder, WR, NY Jets

Even though Jamison Crowder has left me hanging more often in recent years when it comes to fantasy football, he is a start for me this week. His performance curve is pointing upward.

Against the Atlanta Falcons, Crowder was the receiver Zach Wilson looked for the second most with six targets. Against the Tennessee Titans, Crowder actually received the most targets — nine total. Those nine targets were enough for a touchdown against Tennessee.

The New England Patriots, on the other hand, have a league-average pass defense. They have allowed the ninth-most receiving yards in the league with 1,096. On top of that, they have allowed six receiving touchdowns.

Per game, the Patriots' defense is allowing 24.0 fantasy points to wide receivers. There should be plenty of opportunity for Jamison Crowder.

Start: Damien Harris, RB, New England Patriots

Damien Harris already hurt the Jets once in Week 2 with 62 yards and a touchdown. That scenario could repeat itself. Harris is responsible for three of the Patriots' five rushing touchdowns. In addition, he ranks tied for seventh in the NFL with 23 missed tackles forced.

With the Jets' weak run defense, which has already allowed six rushing touchdowns (tied for fourth in the NFL), stopping Harris' run will be a tough task.

Add to that the fact that the Jets defense is allowing an average of 24.6 fantasy points per game to running backs which ranks second in the league.

That, unfortunately, puts Harris in "Must Start" territory for this matchup.
