New week — new bad luck? In Week 11, the division rival Miami Dolphins will be the guest of the NY Jets. Reason enough to take a close look at the respective matchups. Who should you start and who should you sit on your fantasy football teams?

Start: Jaylen Waddle, WR, Miami Dolphins

The Jets have allowed the most fantasy points to wide receivers in the NFL over the last five weeks. To make matters worse, the Jets will have to do without starter Brandin Echols, who is out with an injury.

Moving up in his place will likely be Javelin Guidry. This could play into Jaylen Waddle's favor. Especially considering the Jets have allowed six wide receivers to score at least 13 fantasy points in their last three games.

Waddle is currently the No. 1 receiver on the Miami Dolphins and has scored more than 15 fantasy points in each of four of the last five games. He is thus a must-start this week.

Start: Myles Gaskin, RB, Miami Dolphins

Running backs who play against the Jets should always be your starters. Point.
The Jets allow 39.8 fantasy points per game to running backs — more than any other team in the NFL.

Running backs have already scored 20 touchdowns against the Jets this season. In the last four games alone, there have been 11 rushing touchdowns.

Myles Gaskin should enter the game against the Jets as his team's lead rusher. In two of his last four games, Gaskin has scored more than 15 fantasy points.

Gaskin is also a must-start this week.

Start: Elijah Moore, WR, NY Jets

But the Miami Dolphins also know their way around wide receivers — or should I say they don't know their way around wide receivers? After all, the Dolphins are allowing an average of 42.9 fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season.

And that's where Elijah Moore comes in. Okay, he gets a "new" quarterback again with Joe Flacco throwing him balls. But Moore has proven in recent weeks that he can adjust to such circumstances and still deliver.

In the last four weeks, Elijah Moore got at least six targets in every game and never scored less than 10 fantasy points. Against this Dolphins defense, Elijah Moore is an absolute start for me.
