NY Jets Video: A look at an undercover Darrelle Revis

In an awesome NY Jets video, cornerback Darrelle Revis goes undercover to cell crispy M&M’S to New Yorkers who don’t have a clue as to who he really is.

I’ve always loved to see if New Yorkers can spot celebrity athletes when they’re out and about in the city that never sleeps. Of course it takes a true fan of the Jets to spot Darrelle Revis, even if he’s wearing dreads and sunglasses. Regardless, most of these unsuspecting New Yorkers enjoyed some of the new M&M’S Crispy without knowing who actually gave it to them.

Needless to say, Revis did a great job selling his character and to see the natural responses from people were pretty funny. It goes to show that sometimes a weird corner store out of nowhere simply giving out free candy usually comes with much more than sweets.

Overall, I actually went to my local deli store to buy some and they’re pretty good. I’m going to eat them every week for good luck in that the Jets make the NFL Playoffs via a Wild Card berth. Who knows, maybe it’ll work!
