2015 NFL Draft: Three Potential New York Jets Choices

Tonight, I have an interesting mock to present.
Our friends at SB Nation have released their most recent mock draft. Dan Kadar, SB Nation correspondent, has introduced options for each pick. He chooses a player for the team, gives his explanation, and then provides alternative selections. So, who is the choice for the New York Jets?
It’s Bud Dupree, DE, Kentucky. Here are his thoughts:
In a scenario where both quarterbacks are gone, that leaves the team trying to fill big needs at pass rusher and right offensive line. For the Jets, Dupree could be the speed rusher that’s currently nonexistent on the roster.
The two additional options given to the Jets are Amari Cooper from Alabama and Brandon Scherff from Iowa.
Take a look at the entire mock by clicking here.
The pick is a good. In this scenario, Fowler and Beasley are already off the board. With Randy Gregory a little bit questionable in the character department, Dupree is a good choice. The Jets need a pass rusher and Dupree would fit the bill.
If the Jets go Cooper or Scherff, it would be hard to be upset there either. The need for a Cooper is reduced, thanks to Brandon Marshall, but I don’t think any Jets fan would be upset if Cooper is the name they hear on draft day.
Brandon Scherff might disappoint Jets fans, but he would be a good choice as well. The Jets need to rebuild the offensive line, and if they go with Scherff, that would be a good place to start.
