Here are some thoughts from the locker room after today’s Jets loss to the Bills. First, Percy Harvin on lining up at wide receiver:
I felt comfortable. I welcome that. It will help expand my game. My main focus is getting the playbook down. I think I was doing fairly well last week during practice. After the first few practices, I had most of the formations down. I felt comfortable, but I definitely have some corrections to make.
Michael Vick on whether he had enough practice time with the first team:
I didn’t have many opportunities to get many reps with the first team, but I still hold myself to a high standard. I feel that can come in at any moment and make something happen. Maybe that’s not the case, maybe that’s unrealistic, and wishful thinking from myself. At least that’s my optimism. That’s what I believe in. With a full week of practice, we will see, maybe at some point. But, I came in and did the best I could. Obviously, it comes down to the fundamentals. Two hands on the ball in the pocket, I didn’t feel like I forced the ball but I tried to make a desperate play to Jeremy (Kerley) and get the ball out of my hands and over threw it, and I got picked. So, I did some things that are uncharacteristic and I shouldn’t have done them, but I did it, and the only thing I can do is learn from it.

Rex on not being worried about his job security:
No. I’m worried about our team. The team is always the focus. That’s the truth. I tell you that because it’s true. I’m not thinking about my future or anything else. I’m just trying to get this team to play better.
