New York Jets vs Denver Broncos Wednesday Injury Report

This week, the New York Jets hope to get back on track after dropping four straight games. This week, it will not be easy for the Jets as they welcome in Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos for a 1 PM kickoff at MetLife stadium. Both teams are a bit banged up at this point, so let’s take a look at the injuries for both teams.

Denver Broncos

Did Not Practice- OL Michael Schofield ( non injury related) , RB Montee Ball ( Groin) , RB Juwan Thompson ( Knee)Analysis- The big name here is Montee Ball. The former Wisconsin star is going to be out at least a few weeks after suffering a groin injury during the Broncos last game.

Full- S David Bruton ( Ankle) , WR Andre Caldwell ( Knee) , CB Chris Harris JR ( Knee) , LB Lerentee McCray ( Knee) , K Brandon McManus ( Groin)Analysis- It is a good sign that all of these guys were able to practice fully today for Denver. All should be active come Sunday.

New York Jets

Did Not Practice- S Josh Bush ( Quad) , LB David Harris ( Shoulder) , WR David Nelson ( Ankle) , CB Darrin Walls ( Knee)Analysis- After avoiding a potentially serious injury, it is good news for that Jets that LB David Harris appears to be alright. It will be interesting to see if Harris can go on Sunday. Rex Ryan said he is hopeful that Harris will play on Sunday.

Limited- WR Eric Decker ( Hamstring) , OL Willie Colon ( knee) , DB Dee Milliner ( Quad) , OL Nick Mangold ( shoulder) .Analysis- After missing last weeks game, it is a good sign for the Jets that Eric Decker was able to practice today. The team badly missed him last week as Geno Smith struggled to connect with his receivers.

Full – DL Damon Harrison ( Ankle) , RB Chris Johnson ( Ankle) , OL Breno Giacomini ( Back)Analysis- All three will be active on Sunday for the Jets
