Breaking news, and troubling news at that. The news is troubling, and the player in trouble is upsetting. Take a look at the Tweet from Jay Glazer:

According to Glazer, A.P. will have to turn himself in, which makes his status unclear for Sunday.
Obviously, that is not the most disturbing part of this news, his status for Sunday. First of all, this is one of the faces in the NFL. Not that I would accept this from anyone, but seeing a guy like A.P. get indicted makes you wonder about almost every player in the league.
Secondly, if he is guilty of this, it is absolutely disgusting. Assault is unacceptable period, but it is even more egregious when it is against a child. A child cannot defend himself, and someone that assaults a child should be ashamed of themselves.
Yet another black mark on the league that seems to be gaining them by the minute.
