Chris Johnson Visiting with the New York Jets Today

The visit we have been waiting for is finally here. Take a look at this tweet, from NFL insider for ESPN, Adam Schefter:

Former Titans RB Chris Johnson is visiting the Jets right now, per team sources who spotted him in the teams' training facility.

We know it is hard to find out what is going on around Jets’ headquarters, but a source saying that they saw Johnson around the facility makes the most sense. We know that the Jets are not going to announce or make something like this obvious.

Could this be the day the Jets sign Johnson? There hasn’t been the expected interest in the former 2,000 yard running back, some say because of the money he is looking for, some say because the league is changing.

Whatever the reason is, CJ2K is still available for the taking for the New York Jets. Will John Idzik be able to land this major speed asset while he is in town?
