After beating the Oakland Raiders, the New York Jets go on the road this week to North Carolina to play the Carolina Panthers, who suffered defeat this weekend at the hands of the New Orleans Saints. Here is the Wednesday injury report, starting with the Jets.

New York Jets

Did not participate in practice: CB Antonio Cromartie (hip, concussion), WR Stephen Hill (knee), TE Kellen Winslow (knee)

Limited participation in practice: WR Santonio Holmes (foot, hamstring), LB Garrett McIntyre (knee)

Full participation in practice: LB Demario Davis (thumb), DT Kenrick Ellis (back), WR Jeremy Kerley (elbow), WR David Nelson (ribs), WR Greg Salas (finger), DE Muhammad Wilkerson (wrist)

Carolina Panthers

Did not participate in practice: T Nate Chandler (elbow), DT Dwan Edwards (not injury related), T Jordan Gross (not injury related), TE Greg Olsen (foot), RB Jonathan Stewart (knee), G Travelle Wharton (not injury related)

Limited participation in practice: G Chris Scott (knee), LB Jordan Senn (hamstring)

Here is what jumps out at me early. On the Jets side, Stephen Hill did not practice. When head coach Rex Ryan was asked if his knee injury would hold him out the rest of the year, he responded that he didn’t know. Not very reassuring. On the Panthers side, I noticed that both Greg Olsen and Jonathan Stewart did not practice. Watch the injury reports the next few days to see if that changes.
