It looks like congratulations are in order tonight for a guy that has rapidly become a fan favorite.

Take a look at what a certain wide receiver had to say on Twitter just a short time ago:

Officially a NYJ. Words can't describe how grateful I am for the great friends, family, and friends who have supported me throughout this

— Ryan Spadola (@DolaOcho) August 31, 2013

How can we not be pumped up for this young man. He came into camp undrafted, at the bottom of the totem pole. What did he do? He worked his behind off, and quickly moved his way up the depth chart. Before we knew it, Ryan was catching passes with the starting unit.

Spadola also was used quite a bit on special teams, which is always a tell-tale sign that a guy is going to make the team. When judging young players, playing well on special teams is a way to set yourself a part.

He led the team in receiving, and his hard work did not go unnoticed. Welcome to the team Ryan.
