The more I read and learn about Tony Sparano, the more I can’t help but like the guy. A lot. Both in the way he interacts with family, and players, current or former, he really is a quality guy. Everyone around him seems to love him, and when you feel that way about a coach, you are going to play harder for him.

Will it translate onto the field? Still obviously remains to be seen. But there is something to be said about being a good person too, and clearly Tony Sparano falls under that category.
