With his third season as the New York Jets coach coming to an end, Rex Ryan wasn’t about to back down.  It’s just not in his DNA.

Speaking to the media after the Jets latest loss to the Miami Dolphins, dropping his team to 8-8, Rex spoke of his confidence.

“I’m always going to chase a Super Bowl,” Ryan said. “I know I get criticized for it beyond belief. But if you don’t, then you’re a probably a loser. I’m not a loser.”

“If people don’t have the guts or courage to put it out there, then so be it,” he added. “That’s on them. I will always chase the Super Bowl. I believe we’ll win the Super Bowl and I’ll believe it for the next 15 years. . . . I’ll find a way to make this team better.”

That starts early this year.  With the Patriots, Giants, Broncos and Bengals preparing for the postseason, Ryan and the Jets must figure out a way to straighten the ship.
