Jets Cromartie rips offense after latest loss
By Marc A. Greenberg

They always say the true measure of someone’s character is how they react to adversity.
For the New York Jets, they’re now at 2 and counting.
First, there was Santonio Holmes getting benched during Sunday’s loss to the Miami Dolphins.
Now, it’s Antonio Cromartie’s turn.
When asked yesterday if the team gave enough effort, Cromartie said: “Maybe on one side of the ball.”
We will hear about the Jets struggles on offense, including the hot and cold play of quarterback Mark Sanchez, all winter long, but there is no need for Cromartie’s comments. But that’s what you get when times get tough.
As for the Jets defense, they did allow the Dolphins to go 94 yards on a record 21-play drive that defined the Jets’ loss.
