The San Francisco 49ers defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 20-3 on Monday Night Football as the injured Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers offense failed to get anything going all night.
Hampered by an injured ankle, Roethlisberger decided to play and fought through a 330 yard passing, 3 interception night.
The story of the night, however, were the two power outages that delayed the game. Kickoff was delayed the first time the lights went out, and a second power outage during the game caused a second lengthy delay.
The loss for the Steelers has dropped them behind the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC North, and now the Steelers appear to be a wild card team, headed for a first round game in Denver against Tim Tebow and the Broncos.
