BREAKING NEWS: Chargers Norv Turner to be fired

Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting that San Diego Chargers head coach Norv Turner will be fired at the end of the season.
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, Turner is a goner with the status of general manager A.J. Smith up in the air at the moment.
With earlier reports that New York Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer interviewed with three teams in the offseason, we wonder if Schotty will be tempted to lead Philip Rivers to the playoffs.
Turner has been the Chargers head coach since 2007.
