Bills Fred Jackson may be out for season

When it rains it pours.
The Buffalo News is reporting that Bills running back Fred Jackson, already ruled out for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets, may now be out the rest of the season.
“Fred’s not good, and I know he’ll miss this one,” Bills head coach Chan Gailey said. “Then we’ll have to decide what happens from there.”
Asked if Jackson will be out the remainder of the season, Gailey said: “I don’t know about that. We’ll have to wait and see.”
Apparently the calf injury to Jackson, suffered last Sunday in Miami, is worse than expected.
Second in the NFL in yards from scrimmage through 10 games, Jackson has 934 yards rushing and 442 yards receiving for a combined total of 1,376 yards. Chicago’s Matt Forte leads the league with 1,391 scrimmage yards.
