Reminiscent of Plax; Bullets fly at club where Giants Cruz parties

Giants Victor Cruz, perhaps paying respect to former Giants and current New York Jets wide receiver Plaxico Burress, was present at Chelsea nightclub Juliet Supperclub last night around 2:20 am, when at least four shots were fired from a 9mm handgun killing 1 and injuring another.

Cruz, there to celebrate his 25th birthday, along with teammates Hakeem Nicks, Aaron Ross, Antrel Rolle and Chris Canty, was in the club at the time of the shooting.

Burress, of course, is famous for accidentally shooting himself at a club in November 2008.
