Chargers loss is Chiefs and Jets win

The San Diego Chargers seem to always find a way to lose.

One week removed from its loss to the New York Jets after leading 21-10, Philip Rivers and the Chargers found another way to get it done last night in Kansas City.

With a first down at the Chiefs 15, the game tied, and under a minute left, Rivers fumbled the snap from center allowing the Chiefs to recover and prevent a game winning Chargers field goal.

Of course the Chiefs would win in overtime and take over first place in the AFC West at 4-3, tied with the Chargers and Oakland Raiders.

As for the 4-3 Jets, they own the tie breaker with the Chargers and are tied with the Chiefs, Raiders, and Titans.  All teams are currently out of the playoffs as the Bengals, Ravens, and Patriots are 5-2 with only 2 teams advancing as Wild-Cards.
