Eagles Vick suffers concussion

It seemed as if it were just a matter of when, not if.
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick left last night’s game against the Atlanta Falcons after taking a shot to the head.
Reports this morning verify that Vick suffered a concussion. NBCs Michele Tafoya reported that Vick was shown looking woozy and spitting up blood from biting his tongue after taking the hit.
“He’s okay right now,” Eagles coach Andy Reid said. “But he has a concussion. [Trainer Rick Burkholder] and the doctors will take care of it from there.”
The New York Jets visit the Eagles on December 18, Week 15.
