Jets trade Dwight Lowery to Jaguars

The New York Jets have traded safety Dwight Lowery to the Jacksonville Jaguars for an undisclosed conditional draft choice.
In addition, the team has acquired guard Caleb Schlauderaff from the Green Bay Packers in exchange for an undisclosed conditional draft choice.
Lowery, 25, played in 43 games over three seasons with the Jets, including 18 starts.
Schlauderaff was a sixth-round pick of the Packers in the 2011 NFL Draft.
In other news, OLB Aaron Maybin has survived the initial cut to 53.
