Jets Darrelle Revis tells Miami CB’s to pipe down

In light of Miami Dolphins Cornerback Vontae Davis saying that the Dolphins had the best top 2 cornerbacks in the NFL, Darrelle Revis has something to say:  Pipe down.

“They gotta play a couple more years before he’s saying all that,” Revis told reporters at the MetLife announcement Friday in Manhattan. “He has to play a few more years. I mean, they’re a good tandem but they have a lot of work to do.”

Davis, when asked who had the best two 2 in the league, claimed that he and Sean Smith were the tops.   So, is Revis annoyed?

“No, it really don’t matter because the film don’t lie,” Revis said. “You can say what you want to say. You can say the sky is red, but it ain’t red, you know? That’s just what it is. We know what we do on the field, not just as a corner tandem, but the whole secondary.”
