Jets Plaxico Burress injures back

Let’s hope Plaxico Burress works out all the kinks in the preseason and not the regular season.

The New York Jets WR, fresh off the injury report from an ankle injury, is back on with a lower-back issue.

Per Rich Cimimi of ESPN New York, Burress twisted his back yesterday while making a catch and will be limited in practice.

With the Jets playing Burress’ old team, the New York Giants, this Saturday night in Preseason Week 3, we’ll monitor his status as the week progresses.
