Injury?
What injury?
New York Jets receiver Plaxico Burress, in response to recent reports that he suffered a back injury in practice and is questionable for Saturday’s preseason game against the New York Giants, said he feels good enough to play against the Giants on Saturday.
“It’s football,” Burress said. “It’s not like it’s badminton.”
Jets coach Rex Ryan says that Burress wants to play and he won’t tell him otherwise. “If he can’t play, we’ll definitely let somebody else tell him that,” Ryan said.
