New Meadowlands Stadium to Become MetLife Stadium

“and the home, of the JETS!” is getting it’s new identity.

Tomorrow at 1 PM, co-owners of the New Meadowlands Stadium Woody Johnson, John Mara, and Steve Tisch will be hosting a ceremony where the name will officially become MetLife Stadium.

After all these years of being called Giants Stadium, and the Meadowlands, while most other stadiums went with corporate names, I guess our stadium had to catch up too.
